Growth isn’t always obvious
Learning does not always show up as a final product or a clear result.
Sometimes it looks like trying again after something did not work, sitting with a problem a little longer, or slowly beginning to understand something new.
These moments may feel small, but they are not insignificant.
They are the foundation for everything that comes next.

Next week, April 30, will be our last weekly newsletter for a little while.
Starting in May, we will shift to sending newsletters on the first Thursday of each month through the summer so our team can take time to rest and reset.
